Positive: Amazing place for a group getaway! We recently stayed at Clever Guest apartments with a group of friends, and it was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spacious, modern, and perfectly suited for our group. The stunning views of Dubai Marina made every moment feel special, whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. One of the best things about this place is the location. Being in the same tower as Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, we had access to incredible facilities and an exclusive atmosphere that made us feel like we were staying at a luxury resort – but without breaking the bank! The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to super comfortable beds. The living area was perfect for hanging out, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough to keep everyone connected. Clever Guest deserves a shout-out for their amazing service. Check-in was seamless, and their team was always available to answer any questions we had. They made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Dubai that combines luxury, convenience, and affordability, this is it! We’re already planning our next trip and will definitely choose Clever Guest again.

Mismanagement Positive: Casey and I have not been able to sleep for three nights due to ongoing issues with the room. I would like to discuss this matter with Bank of America regarding a potential refund, as this experience has been far from acceptable for the level of service expected. The constant light in the closet and the broken roller on the wardrobe door have made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. While your team attempted to fix it today, the problem persists. If the wardrobe door cannot be fully closed and the sensor light continues to turn on tonight, disturbing our rest again, I will be incredibly disappointed and upset. Additionally, I noticed a mismatch with the kettle setup—the kettle is Philips, but the electric base is from a different brand. Could you please check this as well? I kindly ask that these issues be addressed urgently, but it was during my birthday - sorry!
